Small numbers of black fins have also been reported with the occasional sailfish being picked up as well. If there is a break in the weather and you're off work, it would be a good idea to head out there! Bottom fisherman are connecting with strong numbers of black sea bass. Inshore fishing is picking up as well! More trout have been caught recently in the back waters. The specks have been fooled with MR 17's and 18's, halo shrimp, halo shad, and grubs on a jig head. The drum are still being found schooled up around the docks and in the surf. They are also starting to become more active in the marsh. For all you freshwater guys, the bass fishing has been on fire.
